If your RTI remote control needs a new battery, please select one of the options below to purchase a new one.

DO YOU NEED A NEW BATTERY?
SYMPTOM: You see a low battery warning on your remote control often, even after leaving the remote in the charging dock for long period of time, such as overnight.

FIRST TRY THIS:

  • Try cleaning the charging contacts on the remote control and the charging dock - (Applies only to remote controls and charging docks with metal contacts, such as: T1, T1B, T2+, T2B, T2C, T2Cs T3, T4).
  • Verify that the charging dock is plugged into a functioning wall outlet and the charging light is lit when remote is placed into the dock.
