This driver provides IP and serial control for the ICRealtime Hybrid Series DVRs.

ICRealtime Surveillance DVR

This driver is for the ICRealtime Surveillance DVR. It was tested on a 32 channel Hybrid Series DVR with a system firmware of 2.616.KL05.0. Version 1.1 was tested on a system running V4.000.00KL504.0

1.1 Updated connection so the driver can connect, fixes parameter changes so display selection and camera control commands work again.

1.2 Added the ability to use Digest Authentication method.

1.3 Added support for HTTPS with Digest Authentication.

Connection Settings

Network (TCP)

The Ethernet connection on the ICRealtime Camera/DVR interface should be connected to the Network.

The TCP Address should match the address of the ICRealtime Camera/DVR. Port 443 is used as the default port but may be changed in the ICRealtime Camera/DVR setup. This should be used with HTTPS enabled, and Digest Authenication selected.

TCP Username and Password are required for operation of the ICRealtime Camera/DVR. The default username/password is set to admin/admin. Additional accounts can be created in the ICRealtime Camera/DVR setup.

RS-232 Connection

The RS-232 connection on the ICRealtime DVR should be connected to the processor serial adapter with a null modem.

The Baud Rate setting must match the Baud Rate of the ICRealtime DVR under the RS-232 settings.

Additional configuration of the ICRealtime DVR RS-232 settings must be as follows:

Function = NetKeyboard

Data Bit = 8

Stop Bit = 1

Parity = None

Device ID - Enter the device number given to the DVR in the General Menu settings page.

Camera Configuration

Last Camera Used - Enter the last camera to be listed in the On Screen View List and available for the Camera Multiplier value.

Camera Name - Enter the camera name preferred to be displayed throughout the driver commands, and variables.

Alarm Relay Configuration - Network (TCP) Only

Alarm Relay Name - Enter the alarm relay name preferred to be displayed throughout the driver commands, and variables.

- Available Driver Events, Variables, and Commands are determined by what type of Connection Setting is used.
