Readers Select RTI for Top Honor in the Dealer Programs Category

SHAKOPEE, Minn. — Jan. 17, 2017 — RTI, a leading control and automation manufacturer for residential and commercial settings, announced today it has been recognized by Residential Systems magazine with a 2017 Stellar Service Award. Selected by readers of Residential Systems through popular vote, RTI was honored with the Platinum award in the Dealer Programs category. The company also earned a Silver award in the Sales and Marketing Support/Shipping Policies category.

For the Sales and Marketing category, RTI highlighted its fresh, new website, which puts the focus on the broad range of solutions that are possible with RTI user interfaces and custom programming. The new design features interactive elements that allow users to explore how RTI simplifies the home, office, and business through state-of-the-art automation as well as a “Showcase” section that is filled with real-life installations, providing dealers and end-users with inspiration for their projects. Through RTI’s Case Study Program, dealers can submit details about recent projects for inclusion into the Showcase section, social media, and marketing collateral.

The fourth-annual Residential Systems 2017 Stellar Service Awards were selected based on the number of reader votes, honoring manufacturers and distributors for their exceptional customer service and communications, dealer programs, sales and marketing support, training programs, warranty/return policy/tech support, and web portal/online training tools.
