New RTI Products at ISE 2014:

T3x Wireless Control Interface
Being shown for the first time at ISE, RTI's sleek and elegant T3x remote control combines a stunning flush-mount 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen and programmable hard buttons with unparalleled functionality. Designed for simple integration into any installation, the controller's dual RF platform provides one-way control via 433-MHz RF or bi-directional communication with RTI processors utilizing 2.4-GHz ZigBee®. Wi-Fi® is also supported for web browsing, viewing MJPEG video, and wireless program updates. Additional high-end features such as integrated grip sensors, an accelerometer, and a touchscreen with haptic feedback provide the ultimate user experience.

KX1 In-Wall Keypad
Taking multiroom audio control to the next level, the new KX1 in-wall keypad combines a 1.2-inch color OLED display with support for powerful two-way control, allowing users to view cover art, song metadata, and more. Designed to provide a sleek look in any environment, the KX1 features eleven customizable hard buttons for quick access to control functions, a convenient backlit volume level indicator, ambient light sensors, and an integrated Ethernet connection.

KX3 Advanced In-Wall Controller
Sporting a 3.5-inch color LCD display and five customizable hard buttons, the KX3 wired interface combines the capabilities of both a touchscreen controller and an advanced control processor in one cost-effective unit. Featuring all of the benefits of an internal XP series processor — such as two-way control via IP and RS-232, and an astronomical clock — the unit even has a built-in ZigBee® antenna for connectivity with RTI wireless remotes. Other advanced capabilities include six sense ports with sense-event capabilities, four relays for control via contact closure, an integrated camera and microphone, proximity and ambient light sensors, WiFi®, and more.

AD-16x 16x16 Audio Matrix Switcher
RTI extends its line-up of audio distribution solutions with the new AD-16x 16x16 audio matrix switcher. Perfect for large multizone audio installations, up to 16 audio sources can be easily distributed to 16 zones. Reliable control options include IR/RS-232 and IP with two-way feedback as well as a control protocol with group zone commands. The AD-16x also features audio pre-outs and a Web interface for zone setup and grouping configuration.

Clear Connect Interface Module (CCM-1)
RTI has teamed up with Lutron®, a world-renowned leader in lighting control, to develop a brilliant new solution to redefine high-voltage lighting control. The Clear Connect Interface Module (CCM-1) allows installers to easily integrate select Lutron RadioRA® 2 dimmers, switches, sensors, and plug-in devices into RTI's cost-effective control systems, while programming the devices natively from RTI's award-winning Integration Designer® programming software. Making its ISE debut, the CCM-1 is used to integrate RTI directly with specific Lutron RadioRA 2 devices, which communicate via Lutron's Clear Connect RF Technology.

Also Showing at ISE 2014:
T2i and T2x Wireless Control Interfaces
RTI's T2i and T2x remote controls take style to an unprecedented level with thinner, sleeker, and more ergonomic designs. The handheld controllers have next-generation features such as a flush-mount, edge-to-edge touch screen, and an integrated accelerometer to wake up the remotes instantly and enable movement control. Complementing their design with unparalleled functionality, the T2i and T2x offer a dual RF platform for either one-way control via 433-MHz RF or bidirectional communication with RTI processors and supported third-party electronics through 2.4-GHz ZigBee®. In addition the T2x boasts Wi-Fi® support, which enables wireless program updates, and built-in grip sensors to keep the unit awake during use.

Cost-Effective KX2 Wired Control Interface
At 2.8 inches, the KX2 in-wall controller's LCD is small enough to blend into any environment, yet provides the resolution necessary for displaying custom buttons, text, and graphics. When approached by an end user, a proximity sensor automatically brings the unit to life. The controller's 12 interchangeable hard buttons and the graphic interface are fully programmable using RTI's Integration Designer® software. The KX2's infrared output port provides direct control of A/V components, while the integrated 10/100Base-T Ethernet port with Power-over-Ethernet provides two-way control and additional installation flexibility.

XP Control Processors
At ISE 2014, RTI will have the latest additions to its XP line of control processors on display, including the revolutionary new XP-4. Offering an HDMI® video output and two inputs for an on-screen display control interface and switching capability, the XP-4 allows the television to become an integral part of the control system. The XP-4 also provides bidirectional communication with supported third-party electronics through an integrated 2.4-GHz ZigBee® transceiver and two bidirectional RS-232 ports. An Ethernet connection allows for software downloads, IP control, and support for the RTiPanel and Virtual Panel, while a host of other control options are available such as relays, IR outputs, and voltage sensing.
