SHAKOPEE, Minn. — April 2, 2013 — Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI) today announced that readers of CE Pro magazine have selected the company as a 2013 Quest for Quality Award recipient. RTI was recognized with a Platinum award in the "Manufacturers: Technical Support" category for its dedication in supporting the technical needs of its dealer community.
The third annual CE Pro Quest for Quality Awards program honors manufacturers and distributors for excellence in customer service. Platinum, Gold, and Silver winners were determined by the results of a readership survey conducted by CE Pro in February, when respondents were asked to evaluate the quality of service of manufacturers and distributors based on a number of attributes, including technical support.
"For our dealers, blending a variety of third-party products into one seamless integrated system can be extremely challenging, so it is vital that they have a very capable and effective technical support team backing them up," said Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI.
