Purchase a Battery
If your remote control needs a new battery:
Symptom: If you see a low battery warning often, even after leaving the remote in the charging dock for long period of time, such as overnight.
Options:
1) Contact the dealer who installed your remote control to purchase a new battery.
2) Visit the RTI webstore online.
