Powerful and Stylish Universal Control Receives 2008 Multi-Room Audio/Video Award

SHAKOPEE, Minn. - November 17, 2008 -Remote Technologies Inc. (RTI), the leading control systems manufacturer, has announced that the T3-V Universal Controller has been named a 2008 Multi-Room Audio/Video (MRA) Award winner. Sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and Home Lighting Control Alliance (HLCA) and presented at the 2008 Electronic House Fall Expo in Long Beach, Calif., the MRA Awards honor the industry's top products in innovation, functionality and overall value. T3-V, featuring unequaled ease-of-use, attractiveness, ergonomics and utility, took the top honor in the "Multi-Room Remote Control" category.

The RTI T3-V Universal Remote is designed to seamlessly integrate into any system. Featuring a 3.5" VGA touchscreen-touting the highest (dot pitch) resolution available and unmatched in its class-the T3-V allows for graphic detail so fine, it seems life-like. It's assortment of hard buttons, including a three-way rocker switch for scrolling list navigation, provides tactile feedback and control of commonly used functions.

The T3-V also incorporates wireless Ethernet and a built-in web browser allowing users to access web pages, IP addressable devices and utilizes IP control for integration applications. It offers commanding control as a standalone remote with existing systems, and when combined with other RTI components it becomes an integral part of an advanced control system.
