RTI's T1-B Controller Wins "Best Show Control" Award
RTI's T1-B Handheld Universal Controller Wins Rental & Staging Systems/InfoComm 2010 Product Award in 'Best Show Control' Category
Las Vegas, NV - June 8, 2010 - Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI) today announced that its T1-B handheld universal controller was honored with an InfoComm 2010 Product Award by Rental & Staging Systems magazine. Presented at InfoComm's annual A/V Awards Ceremony held on Tuesday, June 8, the T1-B was chosen as the winner in the "Best Show Control" category.
This year's Rental & Staging Systems/InfoComm 2010 Product Awards showcased the most innovative products introduced in 2009. Rental & Staging Systems' readers ultimately selected the winners in each category after a month of voting.
"We designed the T1-B around the principle that users should not have to sacrifice great looks and powerful control capabilities when choosing a more cost-effective controller. The result is a truly stunning device offering an exceptional value," said Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. "We are proud of this unit, and it is an honor to have our efforts recognized with the Rental & Staging Systems/InfoComm 2010 Product Award."
Designed to be an alternative to more expensive touch-screen devices, the T1-B is unique in that it packs amazingly powerful and intuitive control capabilities into a sophisticated design. With 40 assignable keypad buttons that can be individually programmed to control devices or execute multistep macros for more complex installations involving several components, the T1-B is completely customizable for total control of a user's particular system. In addition, the T1-B provides eight source and four general-purpose keypad buttons with interchangeable key cap labels.
