Custom installation involves working with a homeowner to specify, design and install a complete home theater system, including audio/video components, custom cabinetry, lighting systems, interior design, and the remote control interface. This is a unique market because our real customers are the custom installation dealers, not the homeowners themselves. The homeowners rarely request a certain brand of product - they simply buy what their dealer recommends. Thus, the custom installer acts like a "filter" against bad products, only recommending products to the homeowner that he knows will work well.
